Besides all the VIP treatment I received, my bill was reasonable too. We recently brought our Keystone Raptor in for some warranty repairs and met Dan Cornelius for the first time. He went above and beyond what I excepted from the beginning to the end of our service experience at your dealership. Although we did not purchase the unit from you, he treated us as if we had been a customer there for years. He kept me informed of the progress on the unit and had all repairs done sooner than we excepted. I feel he is a big asset to your company and I will tell others about my positive experience with Dandy RV. I live in Tuscaloosa and have to drive over 2 hours to your dealership but I would not hesitate to do it in the future due to my experience. I have a Keystone dealer less than 5 miles from my residence in Tuscaloosa but basically refused to do my warranty work because I did not purchase it from them. I will also let Keystone know how accommodating your dealership was with my Keystone product and will definitely consider making my next RV purchase or upgrade from DANDY RV!
